Black History Month - Spotlight on Black student well-being

Resources to help centre the well-being of Black students.

Black History Month is a time for the celebration and recognition of the contributions, histories, and achievements of Black people. It’s an opportunity to examine the impacts of racism and discrimination and recognize the fortitude, resilience, and diversity that exist in Black communities.

To kick off the month and support you in your learning, we have compiled a list of some of our resources that might help you along your way.

This collection of resources is intended to help staff and school mental health professionals provide identity-affirming support to Black students.
