Supporting Your Child’s Well-Being: Free Webinar Series on Addictions Prevention & Youth Mental Health

At School Mental Health Ontario (SMH-ON), we recognize that parents and caregivers play a vital role in supporting your child’s mental health and well-being. That’s why we launched the By Your Side Parent Hub in January—an evidence-based resource hub designed to equip families with practical strategies for mental health learning at home.

Building on this initiative, we are excited to introduce a free five-part webinar series focused on substance use, addictive behaviors, and youth mental health. These sessions will provide valuable information and expert guidance to help parents and caregivers navigate these important topics with confidence.
