Community of Practice: Suicide Risk Assessment and Management

Communauté de pratique : Évaluation et gestion des risques de suicide

Learning about suicide risk assessment and management is complex and putting it into practice can be challenging. We have heard from participants that there is a need for ongoing clinical support and the need for opportunities to think together, to ask questions of each other and ask questions of Dr. McTaggert. Evaluation from last year demonstrated that 94-96% of participants reported that the CoP met their needs and provided a valuable learning experience.

The prerequisite for participating in the CoP is that school mental health professionals have completed the Suicide Risk Assessment and Management (SRAM) online learning modules and have participated in the DBT-informed SRAM training.
