Purpose: To help students adopt strategies to help them self-regulate and calm feelings of anxiety when needed


Deep belly breathing

Frequency: Daily

Purpose: To help students develop a deeper mind/body connection, self-regulation, awareness of emotions, and resiliency by practising deep breathing


Square breathing

Frequency: Multiple times daily

Purpose: To help students change their state when they experience stress or anxiety
