Gratitude journal

Purpose: To help students’ focus on a more positive perspective by having them keep track of the good things that happen in their lives

Frequency: Weekly / Monthly

Purpose: To create a sense of belonging, appreciation, optimism and positivity through sharing grateful moments


Impromptu thank yous

Frequency: Monthly

Purpose: To encourage the importance of expressing thanks and benefit from helping another
