Purpose: To help students notice what their mind/bodies tell them, so they can adopt strategies that will help them focus, self-regulate and calm feelings of anxiety when needed


Deep belly breathing

Purpose: To help students develop a mind/body connection, self-regulation, awareness of emotions, and resiliency by practising deep breathing

Purpose: To encourage students to engage in deep breathing using a fun technique
