MH LIT: Mental Health in Action

As caring adults and peers, we each have an important role in supporting the mental health of youth. These mental health literacy courses have been tailored for different audiences to increase knowledge and comfort in supporting student mental health and well-being. 

Events

School Mental Health Ontario learning opportunities and events are open to specific groups within Ontario’s publicly funded school system. For more information or to register, contact your school board’s mental health leader. For sessions provided in English, materials will be available in French with opportunities to engage with francophone colleagues during breakout room discussions.
