Clinical supervision for MHL and Managers to strengthen MBC and school mental health practice.

This session begins with the context of school mental health practice and clinical supervision and explores the organizational conditions that leverage clinical supervision for implementation and uptake of measurement-based care (MBC) and protocols.

In this session, participants will:

learn to examine how clinical supervision enables the implementation and uptake of Measurement‑Based Care and School Mental Health modalities and protocols;understand the complexities of SMH practice and their impact on supervision;explore practice changes associated with MBC and SMH modalities;and identify strategies to support supervisors and SMH professionals in engaging in this work within the realities of the SMH context.
