Les recherches dans le domaine de la psychologie positive appuient l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019entendre des messages encourageants, que ce soit de soi-m\u00eame ou d\u2019autrui, aide les gens \u00e0 se sentir plus capables et plus efficaces, ce qui renforce \u00e0 la fois la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et la r\u00e9silience (Pajares, 2001).
