Les exercices d\u2019ancrage procurent \u00e0 la personne une source de contr\u00f4le interne o\u00f9 les sensations physiques sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9es afin de minimiser les interpr\u00e9tations catastrophiques qui augmentent la panique ou l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude.
