Vos pens\u00e9es?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sugg\u00e9rez aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de pratiquer la respiration en inspirant profond\u00e9ment par le nez.<\/p>\n<p>Demandez aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asseyez-vous confortablement sur votre chaise\/sur le tapis.<\/li>\n<li>Gardez le dos droit et les \u00e9paules d\u00e9contract\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez fermer les yeux ou baisser la t\u00eate.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9coutez. Je vais sonner la cloche.
