Dites aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves qu\u2019il existe des ressources pour aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress et que la classe va cr\u00e9er un babillard affichant des strat\u00e9gies qui pourront inspirer les autres personnes.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent faire eux-m\u00eames des recherches sur ce sujet, ou vous pouvez leur donner des articles, ou ils peuvent se baser sur leur exp\u00e9rience personnelle. Rappelez-leur que des strat\u00e9gies reposant sur la Foi (pri\u00e8re, m\u00e9ditation, \u00e9crire une lettre \u00e0 Dieu) peuvent aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress.<\/li>\n<li>Ils peuvent cr\u00e9er une fiche avec des lettres et des images qui expliquent leur fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de g\u00e9rer leur stress (p. ex., \u00e9couter de la musique, dessiner, courir, flatter un animal de compagnie, parler \u00e0 un ami ou \u00e0 un adulte de confiance, etc.).
