Findings indicated that use of Faith and Wellness: A Daily Mental Health Resource is associated with positive changes for teachers (including social-emotional learning knowledge and confidence, as well as teacher well-being), student social-emotional skill development, and the classroom climate. Regular, recurring\/daily use of the practices will help\u00a0students\u00a0to\u00a0become proficient at pulling on the skills that support them the most.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Results from this research project support the effectiveness and usefulness of the Faith and Wellness Resource for teachers and students in Catholic elementary schools across Ontario.
