\u00bb).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9servez un endroit appropri\u00e9 en plein air pour la classe (p. ex., sous un arbre pour profiter de son ombrage ou un bon emplacement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li>Demandez aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019apporter leurs effets personnels utiles (comme des feuilles de r\u00e9vision en math\u00e9matiques, un livre, des articles pour la r\u00e9daction d\u2019un essai, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Rendez-vous \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement et, d\u00e8s votre arriv\u00e9e, incitez les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 faire des exercices de respiration.<\/li>\n<li>Donnez la le\u00e7on.<\/li>\n<li>Avant de quitter, demandez aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de faire un exercice de respiration.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois de retour en classe, discutez des Passer du temps dans la nature entra\u00eene une am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 mentale et de la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle des enfants; de plus, le fait de fournir aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves un environnement d\u2019apprentissage en plein air les aide \u00e0 se rapprocher de la nature o\u00f9 ils se sentent sereins (Tillmann, et al., 2018; Capaldi, et al., 2015; Bowler, et al., 2010).
