En outre, l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la pleine conscience est li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019optimisme, \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence sociale et au concept de soi pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves (Schonert-Reichl et Lawlor, 2010).
