Les ressources personnelles accumul\u00e9es pendant des \u00e9tats d\u2019\u00e9motions positives sont durables, ce qui signifie qu\u2019elles durent plus longtemps que les \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels transitoires qui ont conduit \u00e0 leur acquisition; par cons\u00e9quent, lorsqu\u2019une personne \u00e9prouve des \u00e9motions positives, elle augmente ses ressources personnelles qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement et dans diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels (Fredrickson, 2004). Vivre des \u00e9motions positives peut aider les gens \u00e0 devenir des personnes plus cr\u00e9atives, inform\u00e9es, r\u00e9silientes, socialement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et en meilleure sant\u00e9. Dans l\u2019ensemble, les \u00e9motions positives \u00e9largissent les r\u00e9pertoires pens\u00e9e-action, dissipent les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives persistantes et alimentent la r\u00e9silience psychologique et le bien-\u00eatre (Fredrickson, 2004).
