Des commentaires positifs contribuent immens\u00e9ment au sentiment d\u2019appartenance et d\u2019\u00eatre valoris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Demandez aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de penser \u00e0 une chose pr\u00e9cise que chacune des personnes suivantes ont faite pour eux, et demandez-leur de leur dire ou de leur \u00e9crire une note de merci\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une personne de leur famille<\/li>\n<li>un ami proche<\/li>\n<li>une personne qui fait partie de leur communaut\u00e9 scolaire<\/li>\n<li>une personne de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de leur communaut\u00e9 (un serveur dans un caf\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class='card'><div class='card-header' role='tab' id='Donnes-probantes-0'><a data-toggle='collapse' data-parent='#accordion0' href='#collapseOneDonnes-probantes-0' aria-expanded='false' aria-controls='collapseOneDonnes-probantes-0'><h3 class='mb-0'><em class='fas fa-angle-down rotate-icon'><\/em> Donn\u00e9es probantes<\/h3><\/a><\/div><div id='collapseOneDonnes-probantes-0' class='collapse' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='collapseOneDonnes-probantes-0' data-parent='#accordion0'><div class='card-body'><p>Les perceptions des \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la gentillesse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la formation de leurs opinions sur le climat de leur \u00e9cole (Binfet, et al., 2016; Embry et Biglan, 2008). Les activit\u00e9s qui appuient le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019interactions bienveillantes pour le personnel et les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent soutenir les objectifs visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9server un climat scolaire s\u00fbr et positif afin de favoriser l\u2019apprentissage et les comportements prosociaux (Binfet, et al., 2016). Embry et Biglan (2008) expliquent que les \u00e9loges verbaux ou \u00e9crits qui sont \u00e9chang\u00e9s publiquement ou en priv\u00e9 par un adulte bienveillant ou par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019interactions entre pairs, renforcent la coop\u00e9ration, la comp\u00e9tence sociale, les interactions ou les relations positives, l\u2019engagement ou la r\u00e9ussite acad\u00e9mique, le rendement au travail et la sant\u00e9 physique, tout en r\u00e9duisant les comportements perturbateurs, agressifs ou violents et le vandalisme.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class='card'><div class='card-header' role='tab' id='Rfrences-0'><a data-toggle='collapse' data-parent='#accordion0' href='#collapseOneRfrences-0' aria-expanded='false' aria-controls='collapseOneRfrences-0'><h3 class='mb-0'><em class='fas fa-angle-down rotate-icon'><\/em> R\u00e9f\u00e9rences<\/h3><\/a><\/div><div id='collapseOneRfrences-0' class='collapse' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='collapseOneRfrences-0' data-parent='#accordion0'><div class='card-body'><p>Binfet, J.
