L\u2019utilisation d\u2019activit\u00e9s en groupe pour reconna\u00eetre et g\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions fait participer les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 une interaction sociale b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, normalise les exp\u00e9riences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9motions et offre aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves une occasion structur\u00e9e de partager et de collaborer afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur autor\u00e9gulation (Domitrovich, et al., 2007; Success for all Foundation, 2010).
