Ceci devrait \u00eatre fait \u00e0 l\u2019avance.<\/p>\n<p>Exemples \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de la co-cr\u00e9ation de la liste\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour diminuer le niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie\u00a0:\n<ul>\n<li>s\u2019\u00e9tirer (voir la pratique \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/smho-smso.ca\/emhcsecondary\/gestion-du-stress-et-adaptation\/letirement\/lacher-prise-et-setirer\/\">L\u00e2cher prise et s\u2019\u00e9tirer<\/a> \u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>relaxer (voir la pratique \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/smho-smso.ca\/emhc\/motivation-positive-et-perseverance\/pratiquer-loptimisme\/boules-de-neige-inspirantes\/\">Boules de neige inspirantes<\/a> \u00bb)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Pour augmenter le niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie\u00a0:\n<ul>\n<li>sauts \u00e9cart\u00e9s (avec ou sans saut)<\/li>\n<li>flexions des jambes ou position de maintien isom\u00e9trique<\/li>\n<li>l\u00e8ve-toi, retourne-toi et assis-toi<\/li>\n<li>marcher sur place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Affichez ensuite la liste dans la salle de classe.<\/p>\n<p>Utilisez cette pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, lorsque le niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie de la classe a besoin d\u2019\u00eatre ajust\u00e9. Des activit\u00e9s quotidiennes telles que des \u00e9tirements ou des sauts peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s dans la classe pour dynamiser ou calmer une classe.
