Les avantages des programmes d\u2019apprentissage socio-\u00e9motionnel, enseign\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, semblent \u00e9galement \u00eatre augment\u00e9s par l\u2019ajout d\u2019une composante ax\u00e9e sur la pleine conscience. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ont re\u00e7u un enseignement portant \u00e0 la fois sur les comp\u00e9tences socio-\u00e9motionnelles et sur la pleine conscience ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 d\u2019importantes am\u00e9liorations du bien-\u00eatre et des comportements prosociaux (Schonert-Reichl, et al., 2015).
