S\u2019ils ont de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 le faire individuellement, ils peuvent le faire avec un partenaire pour ainsi trouver plus d\u2019id\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Sur l\u2019autre main, demandez d\u2019\u00e9crire cinq domaines qu\u2019ils pensent qu\u2019ils pourraient am\u00e9liorer afin de devenir un bon ami.<\/li>\n<li>Demandez-leur de s\u00e9lectionner un seul item par main et de le mettre en pratique au cours de la semaine (\u00e9tablir un petit objectif).<\/li>\n<li>Partagez\/r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez \u00e0 cela hebdomadairement (en groupe ou dans un journal).<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class='card'><div class='card-header' role='tab' id='Adaptations-0'><a data-toggle='collapse' data-parent='#accordion0' href='#collapseOneAdaptations-0' aria-expanded='false' aria-controls='collapseOneAdaptations-0'><h3 class='mb-0'><em class='fas fa-angle-down rotate-icon'><\/em> Adaptations<\/h3><\/a><\/div><div id='collapseOneAdaptations-0' class='collapse' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='collapseOneAdaptations-0' data-parent='#accordion0'><div class='card-body'><ul>\n<li>Demandez aux autres d\u2019identifier ce qui fait de vous un bon ami.<\/li>\n<li>Pour ajouter \u00e0 cette pratique, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent choisir l\u2019un des domaines qu\u2019ils pensent pouvoir am\u00e9liorer et se fixer un petit objectif qui les aiderait \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ces comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<li>Demandez aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de cr\u00e9er un acrostiche en utilisant toutes les lettres de leur nom pour se d\u00e9crire en tant que bon ami, ou faites-les travailler en dyade et demandez \u00e0 chacun de d\u00e9crire l&#8217;autre en tant qu&#8217;ami, toujours sous un format d&#8217;acrostiche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class='card'><div class='card-header' role='tab' id='Donnes-probantes-0'><a data-toggle='collapse' data-parent='#accordion0' href='#collapseOneDonnes-probantes-0' aria-expanded='false' aria-controls='collapseOneDonnes-probantes-0'><h3 class='mb-0'><em class='fas fa-angle-down rotate-icon'><\/em> Donn\u00e9es probantes<\/h3><\/a><\/div><div id='collapseOneDonnes-probantes-0' class='collapse' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='collapseOneDonnes-probantes-0' data-parent='#accordion0'><div class='card-body'><p>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ont des amiti\u00e9s de qualit\u00e9 sont moins susceptibles d\u2019intimider les autres et d\u2019\u00eatre eux-m\u00eames victimes d\u2019intimidation, m\u00eame s\u2019ils ont tendance \u00e0 se comporter de mani\u00e8re antisociale ou \u00e0 se retirer socialement (Bollmer, Milich, Harris, &amp; Maras, 2005). Ceci s\u2019explique par le fait que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent utiliser des amiti\u00e9s de qualit\u00e9 pour apprendre \u00e0 r\u00e9guler leurs \u00e9motions et leur comportement d\u2019une mani\u00e8re socialement appropri\u00e9e (Caspi, Henry, McGee, Moffitt, &amp; Silva, 1995; Eisenberg, Fabes, Guthrie, &amp; Reiser, 2000).
