De nombreux programmes fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, con\u00e7us pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019optimisme et r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs, incluent des activit\u00e9s qui aident les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 \u00ab voir le c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif \u00bb. Identifier la gratitude et la partager avec un autre a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, non seulement pour l\u2019individu, mais aussi pour l\u2019interlocuteur (Kleinman et al, 2013).
