Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui \u00ab s\u2019estiment heureux de ce qu\u2019ils ont \u00bb ont plus tendance \u00e0 se d\u00e9clarer reconnaissants, optimistes, et satisfaits de la vie, et sont moins susceptibles aux \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives et au concept de soi n\u00e9gatif. Cependant, l\u2019impact le plus remarquable est sur les sentiments accrus de satisfaction \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019\u00e9cole (Froh, Sefick &amp; Emmons, 2008).<\/p>\n<p>Toepfer, et al. (2012) ont trouv\u00e9 que la r\u00e9daction de lettres de gratitude avait eu, avec le temps, une incidence positive sur le bien-\u00eatre individuel et avait favoris\u00e9 une baisse des sympt\u00f4mes de la d\u00e9pression.
