Dites :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u2019est le moment d\u2019organiser nos pupitres afin de nous pr\u00e9parer pour l\u2019apprentissage de demain.<\/li>\n<li>Inspirez doucement par le nez, puis expirez lentement.<\/li>\n<li>Gardez le dos droit et respirez encore deux fois de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on. (PAUSE)<\/li>\n<li>Enlever les articles du dessus de votre pupitre et rangez ceux que vous n\u2019apporterez pas \u00e0 la maison ce soir. (PAUSE)<\/li>\n<li>Tenez-vous debout derri\u00e8re votre chaise.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tirez les bras vers la gauche en m\u00eame temps que vous expirez. Puis inspirez en m\u00eame temps que vous vous \u00e9tirez les doigts vers le ciel.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tirez les bras vers la droite en m\u00eame temps que vous expirez.
