Par exemple, encouragez les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 se concentrer sur leur souffle, \u00e0 pratiquer la \u00ab visualisation du corps \u00bb pour att\u00e9nuer la tension, ou \u00e0 se parler de mani\u00e8re positive (voir les\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Ressources suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0\u00bb).<\/li>\n<li>Faites jouer une musique tranquille ou faites sonner un carillon pour signaler le d\u00e9but d&#8217;un moment de silence ou de calme. Les pratiques de la pleine conscience peuvent s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans les \u00e9v\u00e9nements apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole ou en soir\u00e9e, avec la participation des parents\/tuteurs.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019utilisation des vid\u00e9os pour diriger l\u2019activit\u00e9 permettrait au personnel enseignant de participer avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>REMARQUE : La m\u00e9ditation ax\u00e9e sur la pleine conscience pourrait d\u00e9clencher des \u00e9motions fortes chez certains \u00e9l\u00e8ves.
